At Effectly, operated by Upswing Solutions, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for subscription payments made on the Effectly platform.
1. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Effectly subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
- No partial refunds are issued for unused days within an active billing period
2. Refund Eligibility
We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. The following guidelines apply:
- Duplicate payment made in error
- Technical failure on our end preventing access for 72+ consecutive hours
- Charged after cancellation was confirmed
- New subscriber requests within 7 days of first payment (first-time only)
- Change of mind after 7 days
- Partial use of the subscription period
- Violations of our Terms & Conditions
- Issues caused by third-party services (WhatsApp, network)
- Free plan usage
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us within the eligible period with the following details:
- Your registered email address
- Transaction ID or payment reference number
- Reason for the refund request

We aim to respond within 2 business days.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
5. Plan Downgrades
If you downgrade from a higher plan to a lower plan mid-cycle, the difference in price will not be refunded for the current billing period. The lower plan pricing will apply from the next billing cycle.
6. Free Trial
Where a free trial is offered, no payment is taken during the trial period. If you choose not to continue after the trial, simply cancel before the trial ends — you will not be charged.
